About the Role
We are looking for a senior sales leader to oversee our Northern Region distribution efforts across the retail advice and IFA channels. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving regional strategy, and ensuring delivery of Evidentia’s full suite of managed account and investment solutions.
This strategic hybrid role blends leadership and business development, with a strong focus on performance, process, and client impact. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market efforts and support broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and coach the Northern Region sales team to achieve revenue and inflow targets
* Maintain and grow a personal adviser panel, focusing on high-impact relationships
* Drive execution of sales strategy, pipeline management and CRM discipline
* Oversee implementation of national sales initiatives and support RFP responses
* Represent Evidentia at industry forums, partner events, and client engagements
* Monitor sales performance and deliver reporting to senior leadership
* Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, and Investment Solutions
Leverage client and market insights to refine adviser engagement and positioning
About You
* Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in financial services or wealth management
* Strong understanding of Managed Accounts, advice processes, and business models
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities across geographically dispersed teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Finance
* Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA or finance-related) highly regarded
