Job Description
* Oversee and manage the financial operations and reporting processes.
* AR/AP – manage, lead & oversee the work of two staff members
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Preparation of financial statements & lead the audit
* Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
* Manage cash flow, forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial performance.
* Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA/CPA qualifications
* Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the property/construction industry.
* Strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities/skills
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
