THE ROLE As Executive Assistant you will be required to provide executive support to the Executive Director, Brimbank Melton Area. You provide a range of confidential support functions, including diary and email management, assist in maintaining the branches administration systems, coordinate ministerial briefings and correspondence for timely completion. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide a range of confidential executive support functions, including diary and email management, processing of invoices, preparation of all meeting papers, travel arrangements, reports, briefs and correspondence as required. Accurately manage the office's events diary; provide quality support to committees, working groups and meetings, including progress reports on outstanding matters. Arrange meetings, conferences and forums, including coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
