Leading insurer is seeking a Jiro Co-ordinator / Agile Delivery Analyst to work within a large scale ERP finance transformation program.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
Jira Administration & Portfolio Reporting
* Configure and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, fields, and dashboards.
* Manage user access, groups, and permissions in line with portfolio governance.
* Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
Agile Ways of Working & Coaching
* Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) where required.
* Provide coaching and guidance to teams and individuals on agile practices and behaviours.
* Embed consistent ways of working across the portfolio.
* Support change management and adoption of agile approaches across Finance and Technology streams.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the first point of contact for Jira-related queries and agile delivery support.
* Collaborate with Portfolio/Program/Project teams and SMEs to ensure transparency of delivery.
* Deliver training sessions and create "how-to" guides for Jira usage and agile practices.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to encourage adoption and drive alignment.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and tool utilisation.
* Refine agile governance, controls, and standards as maturity increases.
* Champion a culture of transparency, collaboration, and learning within the portfolio.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience as a Jira Administrator or Agile Delivery Analyst, ideally in a portfolio or program environment.
* Strong understanding of agile practices with experience facilitating ceremonies.
* Ability to operate in an evolving environment and simplify complex tooling for diverse users.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Exposure to Finance or ERP transformation programs is desirable.
