This is a role suited to a lawyer looking to step into high-quality commercial litigation work with real responsibility and exposure.
The team acts on a broad range of matters including:
* complex commercial disputes
* regulatory and investigations work
* class actions and large-scale litigation
* contractual and corporate disputes
You will work closely with experienced partners in a hands-on, collaborative environment, with genuine involvement in strategy and client interaction.
The Role
You will be involved across the full lifecycle of disputes, including:
* drafting pleadings, submissions and advices
* managing discovery and evidence
* attending mediations and hearings
* liaising directly with clients, counsel and experts
* contributing to litigation strategy
This is a role where you are trusted early and developed properly, rather than being layered.
