What You'll Be Doing Providing expert advice on HR policies, awards, and employment-related matters. Coordinating and managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Assisting with performance management, investigations, and other industrial relations matters. Managing employee surveys, from development to reporting. Maintaining and enhancing the HR management system and contributing to key HR projects. Supporting WHS compliance and coordinating events that boost staff engagement. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role. Working knowledge of and experience with HR legislation, principles, and policies. The ability to research and analyse sensitive or complex matters and develop practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A relevant qualification in human resources or a related field is desirable.
