Job Description
We are seeking a senior finance leader to oversee our financial operations, working closely with internal teams and funding bodies to ensure systems, insights, and reporting support our continued growth.
The successful candidate will lead the development and refinement of financial systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance across a diverse range of funded program activities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining our financial management information system, managing end-to-end operations of the finance team, preparing accurate monthly reports and financial analyses, and partnering with program managers to connect operational activity to financial performance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong technical foundation in accounting or finance, with 5+ years of experience in financial management and proven team leadership. A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is essential, as well as CA or CPA accreditation if possible.
Additionally, you will need a background in not-for-profit, NGO, or complex program funding environments, comfort navigating multiple funding streams and reporting requirements, excellent communication skills to translate numbers into operational insight, and confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
