Our organisation is seeking a seasoned leader in early childhood education to support centres facing leadership, cultural, occupancy or quality challenges.
This role plays a pivotal part in identifying issues and developing practical solutions to help centres achieve success. The Centre Development Manager will partner with centre directors and area managers to mentor and coach centre leaders, rebuild high-performing teams and implement strategies for efficiency and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Centre Directors and Area Managers to identify issues and develop tailored solutions.
* Mentor and coach centre leaders to improve performance and rebuild cohesive teams.
* Support training, recruitment and onboarding as needed.
* Help optimise rosters, schedules and budgets for efficiency and compliance.
* Lead quality assurance, regulatory readiness and continuous improvement efforts.
* Champion our values and ensure centres reflect our standards in care, education and operations.
* Liaise with internal teams to drive enrolments and community connection.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education (highly desirable).
* Previous leadership or management experience within early childhood education (preferably in a multi-site or turnaround role).
* Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and compliance frameworks.
* Outstanding leadership, coaching and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and travel frequently.
* Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certification, driver's licence and reliable transport.
