We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Patrol Services Manager.
* Manage a team of patrol officers and ensure patrols meet client needs, manage rosters, and oversee training.
* Conduct random patrol inspections and optimize service efficiency.
* Handle patrol reports, key registry audits, and vehicle issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The Client & Account Management team is responsible for ensuring contract compliance and service consistency, building strong client relationships and addressing issues proactively, reviewing contracts, developing action plans, and anticipating site needs.

The Leadership & Compliance team is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to WHS policies and Australian Consumer Law, participating in audits, mitigating risks, and optimizing team performance.
