As an experienced trainer, you will deliver accredited and non-accredited training, mentor new trainers, and support cultural change initiatives that enhance safety and competence. You'll partner with clients to provide proactive consultancy, manage external providers, and identify opportunities for improvement through research and evaluation. About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualification, with current industry competency and knowledge relevant to the role.
* Proven experience in learning and development within complex, operational, and safety-critical Certificate environments, ideally in the rail industry, including designing, delivering, and evaluating adult learning programs and strategies.
* Sound understanding of compliance requirements, including the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, and ability to maintain governance and quality assurance in training delivery.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor others, manage change, and build effective relationships across diverse teams and external providers.

There is currently one fixed term opportunity available to 31 December 2028 with the possibility of renewal and/or permanency. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term or permanent basis that may arise within the next 12 months.
