We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Harrisdale Shopping Centre. An integral role providing support to the centre team, customers, and retailers.
**About the role**
A busy and varied role with no two days the same. Providing a high level of customer care and supporting across a range of administrative tasks. This role will see you interacting with a wide variety of individuals, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service and communication skills and gain experience with exposure across the retail environment in centre administration and operations.
Based on site at our Harrisdale Shopping Centre, this is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm. Working closely with the Administration Manager, the position will include;
- Providing day to day administrative support for the Centre management team including dealing with tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors
- Acting as the point of contact for the Centre management office including managing telephone enquiries
- Support the Administration Manager, assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection process for the centre
- Manage gift certificate reconciliations
- Maintain effective records control and file management including sales and traffic data
- Participating in OH&S activities
**About you**:
- Solid experience in administration or customer service, open to industry but experience in retail or property administration would be advantageous
- Strong customer service focus, you have high attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Sounds knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and record management systems
- Experience with SAP or similar, or alternatively the ability to pick up software quickly
- Interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
- Exposure to accounts receivable & accounts payable would be beneficial but not essential
