About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Training Institute team based at the CMV Truck & Bus Training Institute in Derrimut. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of our learning framework to enhance employee skills and competencies across the group. You will work closely with training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure learning activities align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development activities, including course enrolments.
* Coordinate the apprentice intake program, including managing all recruitment and selection activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates throughout the process.
* Attend school career fairs, career and truck expos.
* Manage logistics such as venue bookings, equipment, and trainer coordination.
* Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and online resources.
* Support delivery of virtual and in‐person training programs.
* Communicate upcoming training opportunities and respond to inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and compile training reports.
* Gather feedback and assist in analysing training outcomes for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support competency‐based training initiatives.
* Travel to metropolitan and regional dealerships in Victoria.
About You
* Year 12 completion and Cert IV in Training & Assessment (essential).
* Previous experience in training program implementation or end‐to‐end program management (preferred).
* A valid driver's licence as some travel may be required.
* Experience with learning management systems and Microsoft Office 365.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi‐task and manage competing priorities.
