The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven EA and Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our senior Sales leadership team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales department and internal stakeholders, including Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, and Producers, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer in Sydney, with additional support to the National Sales Director and Digital Sales Strategy Director.
What you'll do:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the National Sales Director for broadcast and Digital Sales Strategy Director, managing schedules, calls, and key priorities.
* Coordinate meetings, domestic and international travel, ticketing, and departmental functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage invoices, SpendVision processing, petty cash, corporate card reconciliation, and liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payment of accounts.
* Support the Sales department with administrative queries, onboarding of new employees, leave management, and workflow improvements.
* Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What you'll bring:
You're a highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional with excellent writing skills who is optimistic, adaptable, and communicates with confidence and discretion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll also have:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a sales background, supporting C‐Suite level executives.
* Previous experience working with a ticketing system.
* Advanced computer and IT skills, including the ability to develop presentations and business documents.
* A relevant degree, TAFE or other qualification, with strong business acumen and understanding of the bigger picture.
