About the Role

Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level support and assistance to both the Director and Clinical Manager of Cardiac Services and Medical Clinical Stream SLHD across the full range of secretarial, administrative, managerial and executive services for the efficient and effective operation of the Stream.

Ideal Candidate

* Experience in providing professional high-level administrative and secretarial support at a senior/executive level, including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a hospital/medical environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in relation to staff and issues management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise and foster positive relationships with a wide range of health professionals and staff at all levels (internal and external to the organisation).
* Ability to work autonomously and show initiative to problem solve and use sound judgment to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
