About the Role:
You'll be working directly with NDIS participants in their homes and local communities to provide flexible, person-centred support. Each day is different, you may be assisting with:
* Daily living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
* Community participation (e.g., shopping, appointments, social outings)
* Capacity building (e.g., building routines, confidence, independence)
* Transport to and from appointments or activities
* Emotional and practical support to help clients meet their NDIS goals
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for people who are not only experienced, but genuinely care.
Required:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Highly Regarded:
* Experience supporting people with disability, psychosocial needs, or complex behaviours
* Manual handling or medication administration experience
* Mental Health First Aid or relevant NDIS training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
