Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing haemodialysis patients, providing mentorship to new nurses and contributing to the development of our unit's quality improvement initiatives.
1. User-friendly nurse-patient relationship building techniques such as empathy and patience. Managing dialysis patient treatment sessions effectively without compromising on safety standards or document compliance tasks ensuring accurate entry into hospital software programs used throughout shift hours daily schedule when completing administrative paperwork outside regular business time frames whenever possible while maintaining professionalism at all times during interactions whether face-to-face phone call email etc..
