We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented administrative assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing essential support to our team.
We are looking for an all-rounder in office services to join our friendly Administration team. This is a varied role includes, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
* Assisting with Marketing events, and client communication.
* Assisting with HR administration including arranging staff events and onboarding of new staff.
* Liaison with Building Management and work people regarding tenancy related maintenance issues.
* Provide Reception relief.
* Liaise with external suppliers in the management of catering arrangements, office supplies, printed stocks and maintenance.
* Assist in the setting up and clearing of the kitchen and meeting rooms for meetings and functions.
* Assisting with travel bookings for conferences.

* Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
