MTP Services are seeking SharePoint Administrators to work within our Federal Government client for a 12 month contract with multiple extensions!
Manage, monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online in line with security and change best practices.
Migrate SharePoint on-prem sites to SharePoint Online.
Create and contribute to design and security documentation for new solutions.
Work with various technical teams to assist with implementing SharePoint components as part of complex solutions.
Perform SharePoint site configuration, customisation and reporting.
Assist the team in the deployment, management and troubleshooting of development infrastructure including VMs, software and DevOps pipelines/repos.
Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team including product owners, scrum masters, BAs, developers, architects and testers in accordance with stakeholder requirements and broader departmental objectives.
Use a range of products to manage, maintain and develop the code base of systems.
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; internal and external to the department.
The successful applicant must have three years of relevant work
experience and relevant technical skills.
Skills of interest include:
Experience developing solutions for SharePoint, including PowerShell scripting.
Strong hands on experience in SharePoint Online and On-premises administration.
Expertise in SP installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Architecture, Migration, Content Management, Collaboration, Content Deployment and Features.
Experience with React and/or Angular is highly desirable.
Experience in recent versions of Visual Studio, utilising contemporary code analysis tools.
Understanding and experience working with cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Azure DevOps.
Good knowledge of development and security best practices when delivering ICT solutions
