About The Role
In CFO Advisory, we help CFOs solve their most important problems whilst balancing commercial insight and risk management, driving high-quality outcomes for our clients. We empower CFOs and their teams with innovative, human-led, tech-powered solutions to get them future-ready.
Our CFO Advisory team is a diverse, experienced community of solvers that offer a full suite of services designed to address the needs of CFOs and their finance teams, which may include:
* Finance function modernisation: Assisting the shift from transaction processing to data-led insights for trusted decision making.
* Process Optimisation: Process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design and continuous monitoring.
* Finance System Implementation Support: Business Case, chart of accounts design, program management, control design/assurance.
* Transactional Change: Considering pre or post deal support from governance, accounting, integration and synergy realisation.
Our clients include everything from large established businesses to fast-growing start-ups, and are often well-known brands with broad international reach.
Candidate Skills & Experience
* Bachelor or equivalent degree
* CA qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit or a related field
* Excellent skills in leading project teams to deliver finance projects or internal improvement activities
* Experience in risk & controls, process optimisation, financial reporting, technical accounting, management accounting or budgeting
* Critical analytical skills including the ability to identify and provide meaningful insights to clients
* Strong technical accounting skills with experience in applying accounting standards
* Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality reports and presentations to clients, maintaining PwC Risk & Quality guidelines and frameworks
