An exciting opportunity to join the Events & Awards team in a role that is primarily focused on Awards, providing a broad range of administrative support including data entry and records maintenance; assistance with event coordination, and preparation & filing of documentation. You will be a key point of contact for the team, utilising your exceptional customer service skills to liaise with staff, volunteers and external stakeholders.
As our ideal candidate, you will be an experienced administrator with high-level attention to detail and experienced with SAP systems and MS Office applications. You will have an understanding of a volunteer-based emergency service, possess a positive can do attitude, and enjoy providing high level customer service to both internal and external customers.
