We're looking for an experienced commercially minded Head of Finance to join our leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business. Why This Role is Exciting This is not a traditional back office finance role. As Head of Finance, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, influencing decisions that drive growth, profitability and operational performance. You will have the opportunity to: Play a central role in shaping the strategy of a growing brand Work closely with leadership on commercial decisions and growth opportunities Drive financial insights that influence buying, inventory, pricing and margin performance The Role Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will lead all aspects of the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Complete general ledger control and maintenance of system integrity Leading end of month close and management reporting Oversee the HR and payroll function and compliance Providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions Partnering with the commercial team to optimise inventory management, pricing and margin performance Oversee financial governance, compliance and risk management including process improvement and controls Developing financial models to support business growth and new opportunities Leading and developing the finance team About You You are a commercially savvy finance leader who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys partnering with the business to drive results. You will bring: Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role Experience managing the end-to-end finance function from transaction through to reporting Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insight Experience in retail, consumer, or fast-moving environments (highly desirable) Oracle Netsuite ERP exposure (highly desirable) Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills CPA / CA qualification with 5+ years of experience A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage conflicting priorities Apply Now If you are an experienced finance leader looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing retail business, we would love to hear from you.
