Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement safety protocols in remote communities.
* Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to foster positive relationships and drive safety outcomes.
Requirements
* Diploma-level qualification in Community Services or a related field.
* Extensive experience in community engagement and leadership roles.
* 12 months of experience in training and mentoring.
* Current NT Manual Driver's License.
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Ability to obtain and maintain an NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
* Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
