Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Prospect and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and internal networks
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, both new and existing
* Conduct market rent appraisals and confidently present tailored property management solutions
* Manage the full onboarding process from signed agreements through to a seamless handover to the Property Management team
* Nurture and close leads through effective follow‐up and relationship management
* Actively source new managements through local area engagement and relationship building
Skills and Experience Required:
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Current drivers license & reliable car
* Strong business development and relationship‐building capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Personable, adaptable, and professional in presentation
