Here's where you come in
Are you an experienced Project Manager that wants a new challenge in the pharma industry and are wanting to build your experience? If so, you'll join a fast‐paced environment that pushes you to achieve your best as you partner the business to deliver its products and improve its processes. Reporting to the Commercial Revenue Manager, this role will primarily focus on driving profitable revenue growth. This will be facilitated by introducing new products, managing contract services product development opportunities and supporting the execution of internal strategic projects.
Responsibilities
* Plan, scope, and manage projects in collaboration with core teams, monitoring deliverables and timelines. Ensuring project activities comply with relevant regulatory, quality and GMP requirements.
* Manage complex customer stakeholder relationships across various time zones and cultural diversities. Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, transparent communication, and timely issue resolution.
* Lead and manage the NPI process, ensuring smooth introduction of new products/in‐licence/tech transfers/scale‐up into the factory.
* Provide direction to cross‐functional teams, defining strategies, setting milestones, facilitating decisions, and advising senior management on project solutions.
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and elevate to senior management when needed.
* Schedule and lead effective project meetings, delegate tasks, and drive accountability across teams.
* Collaborate with department heads on resource management, addressing resource issues and escalating personnel matters as necessary.
* Develop and maintain project budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates for monthly financial reporting and budget setting.
* Preparation of project documentation such as project briefs, project management plans, risk assessments, decision logs & communication plans.
* Oversee development and technical transfer activities required for contract opportunities, ensuring alignment with equipment capabilities, process requirements, and client expectations.
* Communicate key events, issues, and action plans with senior management, commercial teams, and project stakeholders.
* Working cooperatively and effectively with cross‐functional teams and showing leadership by enforcing clear, realistic goals; removing barriers to ensure team progress and facilitating rapid decision‐making.
* Any other duties considered appropriate for the position, as required.
Qualifications
* Resilience, results‐orientation, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills across all stakeholders.
* Demonstrated skills in project coordination with planning and leadership skills. (Desirable)
* Project Management training or certification (desirable).
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science or related field. (desirable)
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and technical transfers (desirable).
