We are offering a Cert III Individual Support (CHC33021) or Community Services (CHC32015). Other qualifications that may be considered: Cert III Business (BSB30120) or Cert III in Accounts Administration (FNS30322). For applicants with an existing Cert III in a related field, consideration would be given to offering a Cert IV. The suitable candidate would have the opportunity to contribute to the Staying in Place program and must also be willing and interested in helping the wider community. This is an 18-month fixed contract.To be successful in this role you will have:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to solve practical problems effectively.Ability to work autonomously on set tasks through to completion.A positive, can-do attitude, including having a desire to complete the traineeship.Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.Willingness and capacity to learn new skills.A desire to help people and make a positive contribution to the local community.Ability to provide a Working with Children Check and a National Police clearance (via the Mable website).
