Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6 months to be eligible.SummaryWorking in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician III - Outpatient Infusion Therapy - MMCP demonstrates proficiency in all core functions of the pharmacy, including medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks. This role is responsible for the daily preparation of non-hazardous and hazardous parenteral injections for pediatric and adult patients. It is also responsible for specialized medication procurement and inventory control of medication and non-medication supplies.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: Associate's Degree preferred.License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certification required within one year of hire and maintained.Experience: Three years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields.
