Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to play a key role in identifying, improving, and delivering training across various functions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and effective training deployment
* Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate training requirements with internal teams and external providers
* Assist managers in planning and delivering compliance training while monitoring training budgets
* Establish and embed document control systems for training materials
* Drive engagement in training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning
* Coordinate site inductions and onboarding programs to ensure new employees receive relevant training from day one
* Support the implementation of training-related continuous improvement projects to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
Experience in a similar training coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong organisational and planning skills – able to manage multiple training requirements and deadlines
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and coach others
* Proficiency in LMS and training records management
* A background in adult learning principles or a related qualification (preferred)
