The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, from greeting clients to supporting the team as they work through conveyancing matters. You'll be a key part of the day-to-day workflow and will have the opportunity to grow your understanding of property transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and manage front desk and phone enquiries with warmth and professionalism
* Monitor and manage incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence
* Assist in opening, maintaining, and closing conveyancing and Form 1 files
* Order property searches, prepare documents, and support with Form 1 processes
* Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders
* Track key dates, milestones, and maintain compliance in file records
* Use systems such as PEXA, CATS/RealTime, RevenueSA, Sailis, Microsoft Office and Xero
* Assist with administrative duties such as auditing, archiving, and reporting
About You
Previous experience in administration, reception, or real estate/conveyancing support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally PEXA or similar platforms
Professional presentation and a warm, client-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment
Understanding of the conveyancing process is an advantage (not essential)
