Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in Nursing or relevant field
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in nurse leadership/management roles, preferably in aged care
* In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and payment systems
* Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering, financial oversight, and change management
* Adaptable, empathetic leadership style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
