About the role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor / Receptionist to join our dynamic team at NORTON MOTOR GROUP in Stawell VIC 3380. As a full-time Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our busy service department, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

* Scheduling and coordinating service appointments for our customers
* Communicating with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
* Preparing and processing service invoices and other administrative documents
* Maintaining accurate records and databases related to service activities
* Assisting with the organisation and filing of service-related documentation
* Providing general administrative support to the service team as needed
* Meeting individual and team targets.

What we're looking for

* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Service Administrator, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
