As the Education Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Australia-India collaboration in education, skills, and research exchange. You'll lead project planning, communications, and events management, while managing the ARCH-India website to support bilateral research collaboration. This position offers you the chance to work closely with the Education team, CEO, and communications staff, fostering positive relationships and strengthening the Institute's profile and partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead Project Planning and Coordination: Drive the delivery of initiatives under the Institute's Education pillar, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manage ARCH-India Digital Platform: Oversee website functionality, content creation, and maintenance, enhancing user engagement.
* Organise and Deliver High-Quality Events: Coordinate workshops, roundtables, and webinars across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
* Develop and Implement Communications Activities: Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and event collateral, boosting the Institute's profile.
You may be a great fit if:
You will have experience in program coordination and communications, with strong skills in content development and stakeholder relationship management, ready to lead initiatives that enhance Australia-India collaboration in education.
You may also:
* Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in education, communications, or program management.
* Have demonstrated experience in planning and delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Exhibit strong skills in writing for websites, newsletters, social media, and event materials.
* Have experience managing websites, including content updates and user engagement.
* Be adept at fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across sectors.
* Show initiative and resourcefulness in problem resolution, with a results-oriented approach.
Be capable of working independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
