Job Description:
As a key member of the Strategy & Business Case team, you will lead and manage financial analysis for strategic programs to ensure alignment with organisational priorities. Your expertise in cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and data-driven decision making will drive project success. You will also mentor and support your team to build capability and achieve enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality financial and cost analysis.
* Develop and implement effective financial models to inform business case submissions and funding proposals.
* Collaborate with finance and project teams to apply best practice methodologies and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Mentor and support your team to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or equivalent.
* Substantial experience in leading financial analysis and business case development.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven decision making.
