Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inbound sales enquiries and processing sales orders, along with selling our products to major contractors, builders and architects.
This is a part‐time role with flexible days and hours. You must be available on Mondays and Fridays, and an 8am start is essential.
Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture long‐lasting relationships with our existing client base.
* Prepare and follow up sales proposals, quotes and orders, whilst maintaining sales records.
* Deliver exceptional service and exceed all client expectations.
* Perform day‐to‐day administrative tasks.
* Actively identify new opportunities and generate leads.
* Maintain accurate project records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer service experience.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time‐management and organisational skills.
* Strong problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to meet KPIs and targets.
* Computer literacy, proficiency with MicrosoftSuite; prior MYOB use is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‐paced environment.
* Drive to excel in sales and relationship building.
* Confident cold calling with an excellent phone manner.
Salary
Salary is based on experience and is pro‐rata inclusive of superannuation. The annual pay range is $70,000.00 – $78,000.00.
