This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.About the RoleThis position involves leading and managing a critical project aimed at modernising and improving service delivery through digital transformation initiatives. The role requires overseeing and assisting with data migration tasks and related tools in the context of project implementation, ensuring activities align with industry best practices and established guidelines and standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs and are completed on time and within budget.Manage project budgets and plans effectively.Develop and maintain comprehensive project management products.Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, peers, and team members.Produce accurate and timely reports on project status throughout its lifecycle.Oversee governance processes, including assurance, risk management, mitigation, and reporting.Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while managing contracts according to organisational standards.Ensure strategic alignment with related programs and projects of work.Lead a team focused on replacing a business-critical case management system.Skills and Qualifications:While no mandatory qualifications are required, practical experience in public sector project management and certification in PRINCE2 are preferred.Suitability for Employment:The following checks are required for this role:Criminal history check.Declaration of serious disciplinary history.To apply, email Dalton.dalley@hudson.com quoting REF #244155 with a Word format version of your resume.Applications close April 24th midnight.
