This is your opportunity to shape how we connect with clients and grow our brand, while contributing to the development and delivery of our marketing and business development strategy.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, you'll help elevate our brand, drive client engagement, and identify growth opportunities. With a strong foundation in professional services or B2B marketing, you'll bring a broad skillset across digital, content, events, and client relationship initiatives, along with the ability to confidently influence stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Attorneys, Lawyers and Principals.
Drive profile‐raising sector campaigns and related content, events, and industry sponsorships.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to implement the firm's content management strategy.
Supervise and mentor the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.
Oversee the management of POF Group websites and social media, including providing design input, content oversight, and search engine optimisation.
Manage the tender submission process.
About you
Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a B2B business development or marketing role, preferably in a professional services environment.
Experience managing a small team is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines.
Experience with the coordination of tenders and proposals.
Passion for innovation and marketing in the professional services industry.
