Job Description
The successful candidate will lead, deliver, develop, manage and evaluate the clinical pharmacy services to a specified care group, focusing on providing high quality, safe and comprehensive pharmaceutical services in accordance with established priorities.
* Act as a specialist role model and expert in the clinical field, demonstrating an advanced level of knowledge
* Ensure the safe, efficacious and cost-effective use of drugs within the care group
* Ensure a high level of clinical input across the care group
Leadership Responsibilities:
* To lead clinical pharmacy services for patients treated within the care group in accordance with established priorities
* To develop clinical pharmacy services for patients in the care group in accordance with objectives set by the post holder and Consultant Pharmacist
Key Skills and Qualifications
