It is a community based, non for profit, sport and entertainment organisation that aspires to be the most professional and successful club in Australia. Our bar and bistro operates as The Glenelg Club at the Bay's Biggest Backyard, Stratarama Stadium.
A unique opportunity exists for the right people to join our kitchen team in full time or casual roles.
You'll be part of a passionate team preparing and serving a range of bistro-style dishes, seasonal specials, and event catering. These are hands-on roles suited to people who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoy working with fresh ingredients.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar venue
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
A positive attitude and pride in maintaining high food and hygiene standards
