The Role: Responsible for asset management in support of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract Manage assets on a complex portfolio of buildings, infrastructure and equipment for a high-profile contract Deliver asset management reporting, compliance, routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc. The Duties: Improve asset performance and risk management Undertake asset register reviews Asset management reporting Ensure strict compliance and governance Close the gap of non-compliant items Variation management to include assets, PPM & locations Review maintenance activities regularly Conduct audit programs for the collection of asset data The Ideal Profile: Strong experience in Asset Management and Life Cycle Planning Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, Building, Construction, or relevant qualification Ideally understand ISO55001 Have a professional and engaging manner and high level customer service approach Proficient in CMMs, MS Word and Excel Benefits: Unique site and contract will provide a different experience to your average job!
