Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering complex software projects in a production environment.
* Deep understanding of Rust and/or C++ programming languages.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, CI/CD and modern DevOps culture.
* Adaptive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and exploring AI-assisted tooling.
