Description
* Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs for young children.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
* Embed EYLF v2.0 and uphold NQS standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress.
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve educational practices.
* Contribute to the overall operations of the centre as required.
Profile
The successful Early Childhood Educator will have:
* ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
* Strong understanding of NQS, EYLF v2.0 and inclusive practice
* Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
* A thorough understanding of early childhood development principles.
* Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth.
