Evolve Talent are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a reputable builder delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
This role will see you take ownership of a knockdown and rebuild project in Vaucluse, with builds typically running for approximately 18 months and valued up to $7M. The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background and have a proven track record supervising high-end residential home.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations from structural stage through to completion
* Coordinate trades and manage programme delivery
* Maintain site productivity, safety, and organisation
* Liaise with the Project Manager and subcontractors
* Maintain a hands-on site presence (70% supervision / 30% on the tools)
Requirements
* Trade-qualified Carpenter (essential)
* 3-5+ years' experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within high-end residential construction
* Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Experience delivering bespoke / luxury residential projects
