Responsibilities
Prepare and bake goods to a high standard in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
Maintain quality, freshness and presentation of bakery products
Support store operations and customer service in a retail workplace
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of retail
Hold Baker qualifications or equivalent industry experience
Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends
Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
