We're on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager ready to lead a high-volume, busy supermarket store based in Karratha.

In The Role, You'll
* Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on service, presentation and team leadership
* Manage financials including budgets, wage costs and GP
* Drive stock control, compliance and store performance
* Build a motivated team that delivers a great experience every day
* Be a true ambassador of the brand in a tight-knit community
We're Looking For
* Proven retail leadership experience, ideally in supermarkets, convenience or similar
* A confident and positive leader who can drive culture and results
* Solid business acumen - knowledge of P&L reporting, systems and operations
* An agile problem solver with strong attention to detail
* Exposure to food retail, fresh produce or gourmet ranges a bonus
* RSA and Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
