Your new role
As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead a team of Business Partners and Analysts to provide internal stakeholders with high-quality financial analysis and accurate and timely visibility of the organisation's financial performance.
You will be responsible for all financial and management reporting and play a lead role in planning the organisation's budget and forecast processes and together with your team, build our financial management capability via a business partnering model.
You will also be accountable for financial due diligence processes, including financial and risk analysis, modelling, and recommendations for major projects, strategic growth initiatives and tenders.

Your skills and experience
* Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, business or equivalent
* Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA), CPA Australia, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in a financial leadership role
* Demonstrated experience in leading a management accounting function including organisational end-to-end budget development
* An understanding of complex funding models and services
* Sufficient understanding of financial accounting principles and standards to ensure management reporting and statutory reporting is readily reconciled and understood
* Demonstrated experience working within a complex array of systems to support business processes
