**Responsibilities including**:
- Be responsible for the management of the facility in line with their policies
- Medium sized **70 bed** facility including palliative and respite care
- Located in Canberra ACT
- Responsible for conducting the meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Seek and develop innovative and continuous improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational and Financial management staff will be reporting to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development

**Requirements/Skills**:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience working as a facility manager or centre manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
