* Build the bond between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual personalities and needs.
* Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
* Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in-store.
* Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment.
* Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
