Dealer Network Manager
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Network Manager to oversee and optimize our dealer network operations. In this role, you will manage the full dealer lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance to performance monitoring and relationship management—while collaborating with cross‐functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealer Lifecycle Management: Oversee dealer onboarding and termination processes, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze dealer sales, service, financial, and customer satisfaction data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company standards and regulations, including conducting on‐site compliance and operating standards audits as needed.
* Program Management: Support dealer incentive programs, performance‐based rewards, and recognition initiatives to motivate and retain top‐performing dealers.
* Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and dealerships, fostering positive win‐win partnerships.
* Strategic Support: Assist in network expansion planning, including site selection, feasibility studies, and new dealer appointments.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align dealer initiatives with overall business strategies.
* Tracking & Reporting: Maintain network activity tracking tools to ensure transparency, highlight key risks, and develop counter‐measures.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance dealer management strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Around 5 years in dealer network operations, channel management, or business development.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge communication between the company and its dealer partners.
* Analytical: Proficient in analyzing operational and financial data to drive decision‐making.
* Organizational: Solid project‐management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with regulatory requirements and company policies related to dealer operations; audit experience is a plus.
* Collaborative: Proven ability to work effectively across functions (sales, marketing, product, etc.).
* Proactive: Self‐starter who identifies risks, develops solutions, and stays current on industry trends.
* Travel: Willing and able to travel as needed for on‐site audits and dealer support.
