Education Manager - Veterinary Professional Growth
We are seeking an experienced Education Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that highlight the clinical benefits of fresh, evidence-based nutrition. You will work closely with veterinarians and veterinary nurses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to confidently recommend our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary education, research, or industry experience. They will be a confident public communicator and educator, able to present to veterinary audiences via webinars, CE events, conferences, or in-clinic training. Additionally, they will have a strong scientific literacy, ability to translate research, product science, and nutritional data into compelling and trustworthy educational content.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement scalable programs that highlight Lyka's clinical benefits, nutritional value, and product science.
* Build/maintain a modular education library across digital, in-person, and self-serve formats.
* Create CPD-accredited content, webinar series, lunch-and-learns, and in-clinic training tools.
* Upskill frontline and operations teams to ensure consistent, informed engagement with veterinary partners.
* Represent Lyka at veterinary conferences and scientific forums.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in the veterinary industry.
* Science qualifications - degree in Veterinary or Medical Science (BVSc or equivalent).
* Confident public communicator and educator.
* Strong scientific literacy.
* Proven ability to build programs or content from scratch.
