We have a wide range of roles to match your interests and availability, including: Companionship – friendly social visits with residents, conversations or walksLifestlye activities – board games, music, craft, art and social engagementSocial outings – accompanying residents on bus tripsGardening – assisting residents with gardening activitiesMeal times – assisting and supporting residents during meal times Calvary St. Martin's is located near the Calvary Mater Hospital in Waratah, Newcastle. It provides quality care for 41 permanent residents and also offers respite accommodation. Volunteers have always played a vital part in resident care – complementing the care provided by our care staff.
