Parts Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our mobile and fixed plant maintenance teams by ensuring the timely sourcing, ordering, receipting, and coordination of critical parts and materials.
* Coordinate essential components for planned maintenance, shutdowns, and servicing.
* Prioritise urgent requirements with Maintenance Supervisors.
* Monitor work order demand and follow up supplier delivery timelines.
This role is pivotal in maintaining equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and ensuring smooth maintenance delivery across site operations.

Responsibilities
* Support urgent breakdown repairs by expediting critical components.
* Raise purchase requisitions and orders in Pronto/SAP.
* Coordinate urgent pickups, couriers, and hot-shot deliveries.
* Confirm availability, lead times, and specifications with suppliers.
